The Integrated HIV Behavioral and Serologic Survey (IHBSS) comprises a series of cross-sectional studies conducted every two years in populations at elevated risk of HIV and other sexually transmitted infections (STIs) that aims to track the prevalence of HIV and STI, risk behaviors, and access and utilization of HIV and STI programs and services.
